Funqubee offers games for entertainment purposes only. All games are provided in "play for fun" mode with no real money wagering.

Virtual items, including but not limited to virtual currency, points, or digital items, have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money or items of value outside the Funqubee platform.

We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items at our sole discretion, and we shall have no liability to you or any third party if we exercise such rights.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.
  • Impersonating another user or person.
  • Using any information obtained from the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

In no event shall Funqubee, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
